A half-day course focused on applying FGCC skills through real world case studies, best practice guides and role play. It is designed for direct suppliers who have completed the Refresher program and understand the FGCC and the 2024 updates. Open sessions typically run in the afternoon directly following the Refresher, while in-house sessions are hosted by the organisation. Virtual in-house sessions use Zoom or Teams and are generally conducted in 2x3-hour or 3x2-hour sessions across a maximum of 3 weeks. Open attendance requires a minimum of 12 delegates, and the ideal in-house attendance is 12 to 15 delegates.
