Work at Gildas preparing food and produce in a fine dining, hatted establishment. The role requires 2 years experience at CDP level, detailed knowledge of food and produce, strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure, full Australian working rights, and availability to work nights and weekends. Experience cooking with fire is preferred. The successful candidate will be passionate about food, produce and cooking with fire, knowledgeable about local and native produce, a team player, self-motivated, professional, well-presented and punctual.
