Interns receive comprehensive training, including one week of training at the start of the 10-week programme, and are assigned to teams based on their preferences. The programme provides a balanced workload, broad exposure to bankers within the team, and information sessions about product and sector teams. Candidates must be undergraduate students in their penultimate year, graduating in 2027. Prior banking or financial services experience is not required.
