Drive the evolution of Acclaro's AI-powered platform ecosystem by building an AI-augmented product operating system, owning the strategic roadmap, translating objectives into features and technical requirements, shaping API-first scalability and integrations, researching LLMs and RAG, using analytics to track KPIs, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success and Linguistic Services. Requires 8+ years of SaaS product management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, an AI-first approach, technical fluency in architecture, APIs, security and compliance, strong ownership in distributed environments, and the ability to balance user needs with business strategy.
