Your policy has a 14 day cooling off period from the date of purchase. During this time you can cancel the policy and receive a full refund by returning your policy certificate, provided no claim is being made or is pending and travel has not started. Refunds will be returned within 7 working days of cancellation. For short term trips of less than 30 days, an administration fee of up to £10 will be charged for cancellations made within the 14 day cooling off period.
