Details.
Percutaneous coronary intervention for complex coronary cases, including multivessel disease, bifurcation, calcified, left main, chronic total occlusion, and vein graft lesions. A heart team including a cardiologist, cardiothoracic surgeon, and cardiac interventionalist determines the treatment approach. Adjunct techniques may include atherectomy, thrombectomy, distal protection devices, and left ventricular assist devices for selected high-risk patients.
