Join a human-sized technical team working autonomously on complex backend challenges for a SaaS platform that helps industrial companies plan and schedule production. Responsibilities include developing the platform and new AI products, designing robust and maintainable architectures using DDD and hexagonal architecture, building features, improving product performance and stability, reducing technical debt, using AI and agentic coding tools, owning problems from business need through production, and contributing to technical decisions with the opportunity to progress towards a Team Lead role. The role requires at least 7 years of development experience, strong Node.js and TypeScript expertise, solid software architecture knowledge, familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, agents or orchestrators, and an autonomous, proactive approach. Experience with complex business environments such as fintech or industry is a plus.
