The Therapy Collective seeks a rising second year graduate student in an MSW program in New York to assist with providing remote psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Under supervision, responsibilities include providing integrative psychotherapy from referral and intake, conducting intakes, assessing client needs, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, managing caseload records in an electronic medical record system, participating in weekly individual or group supervision and monthly training and professional development, and contributing to an integrative clinical community. The role requires appropriate private remote work conditions, approximately 20 hours per week including 2 to 4 hours on evenings or weekends, strong remote work and independent project management skills, and comfort developing therapist directory profiles with leadership. The Therapy Collective values clinical excellence, mind-body practices, experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD, group work, interest in approaches including EMDR, IFS, EFT, DBT, ExRp, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, and trauma-informed care, multilingual psychotherapy, resource sharing, and representing the organization through social media, writing, podcasts, and presentations.
