Professional immigration support relating to the UK Graduate visa. The visa allows eligible graduates to stay in the UK for at least 2 years after completing a qualifying course, or 3 years for a PhD or other doctoral qualification. It may allow work in most jobs, looking for work, travel abroad and return to the UK, eligible dependants to continue living in the UK, and voluntary work. Eligibility includes being in the UK, holding a Student or Tier 4 General student visa, completing an eligible UK course for the required period, and having the education provider notify the Home Office of successful completion.
