SF Oral Surgery is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and professional Surgical Dental Assistant for its friendly, fast-paced oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in San Francisco. The role assists with surgical and sterilization procedures, including local and IV sedation, tray setups, patient greetings, vital recording, doctor consultations, IV anesthesia medication preparation and administration, post-operative instructions, treatment plans, prescriptions, imaging, impressions, and maintaining operatories, sterilization areas, and surgical equipment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, punctual, reliable, hardworking, flexible, friendly, caring, confident, trustworthy, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills and familiarity with dental software are required. A current DA or RDA license and previous oral surgery experience are a plus, and the practice is willing to train the right person.
