An eight-week summer internship offering early-career talent hands-on experience across ICG's London, Warsaw and Luxembourg offices. The programme is typically designed for students in their second or final year of study. Interns gain meaningful exposure across Investment, Client Solutions Group, and Corporate and Business Services teams, practical learning through real project work and day-to-day team involvement, guidance from a dedicated mentor, buddy and wider team members, and insight into ICG's culture, business areas and potential career pathways.
