An eight-week hybrid learning experience for college students, particularly juniors and seniors, interested in careers in insurance and risk management. Interns gain exposure to insurance industry opportunities, specialty lines, wholesale brokerage and underwriting, with access to producers and underwriters. The program includes virtual and in-office training, networking, group work and project-based assignments. Many interns go on to become full-time Ryan Specialty employees.
