The Gateway Development Commission is seeking a Manager, Audit Oversight (Information Technology) to partner with senior leadership and strengthen the organization’s risk management and internal control environment. Reporting to the Head of Audit Oversight, this role executes Internal Audit projects and supports planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up. Responsibilities include conducting audits of applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and data governance; assessing cybersecurity controls; identifying emerging technology risks; preparing audit reports and recommendations; collaborating with technology, finance, and program management teams; using data analytics, automation, and continuous monitoring; and performing special reviews. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in IT audit, IT risk, cybersecurity, or technology assurance, strong communication, project management, and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CISM are highly desirable.
