Community checks involve diverse groups, including recent migrants, seniors, youth, individuals with disabilities, people with mental health or suicide experience, LGBTQIA+ members, women's health advocates, Indigenous health advocates and community outreach professionals. The service supports translated documents and questionnaires, including sensitive topics such as mental health, sexual health, abortion and contraception. Translators are based in Australia and hold valid NAATI certification. Services cover more than 150 languages.
