Perle Rare provides initial and ongoing training, daily coaching during the first few months, regular training sessions, professional property search tools, clients, and support. Property hunters can organise their own working hours and work from home or from the central Paris offices. Compensation is commission-based, with up to 60% of the finder's fee plus a half-yearly bonus.
