Responsibilities include assessing student needs, developing treatment plans, providing therapy for motor skills, self-care, sensory regulation, and social engagement, adapting classroom environments and materials, collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists, supporting IEPs, maintaining confidential records, and keeping current with occupational therapy research. A relevant bachelor's or master's degree, current license and certification, and strong communication and collaboration skills are required or preferred as specified.
