Iredale Architecture is seeking an experienced Intermediate Interior Designer to join its collaborative Vancouver team. The role supports Education, Cultural, Facilities, and Residential studios, delivering interior design components from concept through construction under the direction and supervision of Principals and Associates. Responsibilities include developing concepts through construction administration, preparing interior design drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants, supporting residential projects, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, participating in site reviews, assisting with presentations and material selections, and managing multiple priorities. Applicants should have 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience with a Canadian interior design or architectural firm, a recognised post-secondary Interior Design degree or diploma, RID registration or eligibility for IDC registration, proficiency in Revit, knowledge of the BC Building Code and accessibility requirements, and strong communication and collaboration skills. The position offers $70,000 to $90,000 per year depending on experience, plus health benefits and continuing education opportunities.
