DK Therapy is seeking a fully licensed clinician to provide therapy to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief or loss, as well as couples experiencing communication issues, infidelity, and loss of connection. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, tech-savvy, willing to grow their referral base and community recognition, and hold a master's or doctoral degree with an active, unrestricted Illinois license as a PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC. Applicants should have post-independent-licensure experience, preferably at least three years, and evidence-based specialties aligned with DK Therapy's client population, such as the Gottman Method, EFT, trauma, EMDR, ACT, or DBT. The role requires at least 15 session hours per week, including two evenings and one weekend day, regular reliable attendance, timely arrival, a completed CAQH profile, and approval as an in-network provider on affiliated insurance panels and EAPs. Prior private practice experience, couples modality training, and existing insurance paneling are preferred.
