A global mobility and development program for associates who have been with Baker McKenzie for at least two years. Participants take part in the host office's daily working life, gain exposure to a wide range of clients and matters, and access host-office training and development opportunities. Participants are encouraged, where possible, to take LL.M. courses, external Executive Education programs or similar programs in the host jurisdiction.
