The Lo-Down is seeking an experienced advertising sales representative to sell online sponsorship packages to local businesses and organizations. The successful candidate will be a Lower East Side resident with a passion for helping build a sustainable community news company. Applicants should be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in person and by telephone. The role also includes securing advertisements for a monthly magazine The Lo-Down plans to begin publishing in the coming year. This is a commission-based position, with negotiable hours and terms.
