A treatment service for patients who are more independent and do not require in-hospital care. Admission is by referral to a Rehabilitation Physician, who assesses all patients. Patients must be medically stable, have the cognitive ability to participate, and have mobility, transfer, self-care and continence needs assessed before admission. A referral letter from a Specialist or GP is required.
