A seven-week introduction to sketch writing covering political sketches, blackouts, commercial parody, and techniques for writing for shows such as Saturday Night Live. The course helps students develop and revise sketch ideas, practice different styles, and build a professional comedy writing portfolio. Taught in person with an option to join online.
