Responsible for beverage preparation, store operation, sales, customer service and maintaining high-quality products and services. Ensure the store operates effectively, lead the team to achieve sales targets, provide staff training and communicate company guidelines and codes. The role includes morning, evening and holiday shifts, daily store management, monitoring environmental sanitation and hygiene standards, staff scheduling, performance monitoring, ordering goods, inventory management, regular training and attendance at company meetings. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, experience in the food or beverage service industry, punctual and stable attendance, availability for morning, evening and holiday shifts, good planning and organisational skills, leadership and customer service skills, familiarity with food hygiene, health and safety procedures, and a willingness to learn.
