Lead the compliance department and ensure Loan Factory adheres to relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing mortgage lending compliance, managing regulatory audits, developing and maintaining policies and procedures, monitoring regulatory changes, reporting compliance status to senior management, training staff, identifying and mitigating compliance risks, collaborating with legal, operations, and finance teams, and maintaining compliance records. Candidates need 7+ years of mortgage compliance experience, a strong mortgage broker background, regulatory audit experience, knowledge of RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA, and state-specific requirements, strong attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead across departments.
