Acupuncture appointment. New patients should call the office to book their first appointment and discuss necessary information. Returning patients may call or email the office reception desk to schedule. Insurance coverage must be confirmed before the appointment. Appointments must be cancelled 2 business days before the scheduled appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee equal to the cost of a regular visit. The policy also applies to appointments where the patient is more than 20 minutes late.
