Design HVAC systems for commercial, residential, and retail projects. Create plans, schematics, equipment selections, load calculations, systems narratives, specifications, system designs and layouts. Conduct field investigations, construction administration, due diligence and feasibility reports, attend meetings with project consultants, work closely with the design team, provide engineering support, and follow company standards and procedures. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT and an FE certificate are desired but not mandatory. Candidates must be self-motivated and effective team players.
