Professional certification for executive coaches and talent development leaders. Includes completion of a personal Bates ExPI Assessment, a 75-minute insights meeting with an experienced Bates-certified coach, learning about the Bates Model of Executive Presence, hands-on practice analyzing and interpreting assessment data, partner work, orientation and insights meeting practice, facilitator feedback, an article and case study, access to the Bates global Community of Practice, and marketing support. Available as an intensive two-day in-person program or a virtual program combining self-paced learning with two short live online sessions.
