Link Logistics is hiring a full-stack Software Engineer to help build its investment analytics platform. The role involves owning application infrastructure, APIs, shared services, architecture, full-stack applications using React and TypeScript, build and deployment pipelines, AI-native tools and workflows, and stakeholder collaboration with investment, asset management, and capital markets teams. The role also includes mentoring contractors and interns and contributing through code reviews. Applicants should have 5+ years of full-stack development experience, the ability to independently ship production code end to end, experience delivering LLM-native features or applications, expert React skills, strong Python or Node.js backend proficiency, scalable API experience, sound product and architecture judgment, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with ML-powered workflows, MCP or production LLM integrations, AI-native or founding environments, and real estate, finance, or other data-intensive industries. The position offers a base compensation range of $185,000 to $225,000, with a salary range of CDN $150,000 to $200,000 per year in Toronto and Vancouver, plus health insurance, retirement savings, paid holidays, and paid time off.
