Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead daily service on the floor, ensure smooth operations and deliver consistently high levels of guest experience. This hands-on role includes providing visible leadership during service, training and coaching the front-of-house team, managing service delivery and floor operations, overseeing opening and closing procedures, reporting, stock control and compliance records, maintaining cleanliness, presentation and sustainability standards, providing accurate menu and allergen information, resolving guest issues, and supporting events, promotions and wider business initiatives. Requirements include previous experience in a floor-based leadership or senior front-of-house role in a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant, a passion for guest experiences, strong communication and leadership skills, knowledge of food, wine and cocktails, the ability to manage fast-paced service, a calm and solutions-focused approach, reliability, attention to detail, food safety and health and safety awareness, and confidence using POS and reservations systems.
