The standard AV package is available in all meeting rooms, with bespoke hybrid solutions available upon request. The standard package includes free Wi-Fi, presentation screens, video conferencing equipment, microphones in selected rooms, HDMI cable, clicker, integrated sound and conference phone systems, technical support during setup, lighting and air conditioning controls, background music and hybrid event solutions. Digital flipchart or whiteboard available as an extra.
