Users can identify the wagon keeper and the railway undertaking currently commercially responsible for each wagon. The service includes wagon record management, data exchange via CSV or XML web services and FTP/SFTP, web-based searches, file uploads, downloads, access management, validation, usage billing, and responsibility history.
