A Medicare-supported home-based sleep study, subject to eligibility and the criteria defined in the MBS guidelines. Complete the Stop-Bang Questionnaire, and if you score 4 or higher, take the Sleep Study Referral Form to your General Practitioner to discuss eligibility and obtain approval.
