Milestone Advisory is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager specialising in CIB compliance to support the firm's development. The role covers market infrastructure, AML and KYC, politically exposed persons, sanctions and embargo screening, Market Abuse regulation, benchmark transition, employee conduct and ethics, MIFID II, EMIR, Volcker, banking separation law, tax compliance, and post-trade regulation. Projects include diagnosing compliance organisation, defining target operating models and deployment plans, analysing regulatory changes, framing and implementing compliance projects, transition management, coordinating recommendations from internal and external audits and regulators, leading projects and consulting teams, developing compliance offerings, managing client relationships, and supporting business development. Sector experience in investment banks, brokers, market platforms, consulting firms, or law firms is required.
