Submit a repeat prescription request and choose collection from Chelsea Medics Clinic, a pharmacy, the Mobile Pharmacy Service, or by post. Prescription requests can also be phoned through by providing the pharmacy name and telephone number. A £50 repeat prescription fee applies.
