Epsilon's New Grad Program is for people who graduated from college within the past year upon starting. Participants are full-time employees eligible for Epsilon benefits and receive onboarding training during their first eight weeks, a one-to-one mentor, opportunities to meet senior leaders, networking and community activities, and regular feedback. The program includes individual presentation and group project initiatives, with onboarding dates in February and July. The program is U.S.-based.
