After Clean is looking for Cleaners and Cleaner Supervisors with a CSCS card desirable to cover various sites and duties across London and Essex. The role involves cleaning offices, houses, flats and building sites, including window cleaning, cleaning and polishing furniture and fittings, removing unused building materials and packaging, emptying waste bins, vacuuming carpets, cleaning floors and sanitary fittings, and cleaning lifts, stairways, corridors and entrances. Some lifting may be required. Hi-vis clothing, hard hats and goggles are provided, but safety boots may be required on some occasions. Experience in cleaning is required, along with a reasonable level of fitness, punctuality, reliability, trustworthiness, the ability to travel to sites, effective time management, the ability to work alone and in a team, awareness of health and safety procedures, reading skills and maths skills for measuring cleaning fluids. Salary is £8 to £12 per hour depending on experience, with bonuses available. Hours are to be confirmed.
