Details.
Independent advisers work as commercial agents rather than employees. They manage their own activity, build a property portfolio and network, support clients throughout their property projects, identify distinctive properties, organise viewings, negotiate, secure transactions and follow clients through to signing. No diploma is required, although training in the real estate profession is necessary. Espaces Atypiques provides a Qualiopi-certified internal training programme. The role requires personality, motivation, curiosity, an interest in architecture, strong interpersonal skills, rigour, resilience, initiative and a taste for challenges. Commission-based remuneration is attractive and uncapped.
