JCA is seeking a Senior Consultant to empower nonprofit clients through the strategic use of data and technology. The role provides strategic direction to project teams, guides clients through complex challenges, delivers consulting services, develops project plans and budgets, leads change management, elicits requirements, develops recommendations, designs and implements fundraising or marketing strategies, and serves as a subject matter expert in Data Ecosystem Consulting or Database Operations Consulting. Responsibilities also include thought leadership, client relationship management, identifying new project opportunities, and independently leading sales opportunities. Candidates should have expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization, data migration and governance, reporting and analytics, user and security management, integrations, and scalable nonprofit fundraising, donor management, and constituent engagement solutions. Qualifications include experience designing and implementing Salesforce-based nonprofit solutions, at least three years of experience in a JCA consulting specialization, at least five years in fundraising, marketing, or constituent engagement, project or workstream leadership experience, and at least two years in consulting. The position is full time, may be remote, follows standard North American business hours with flexibility, requires travel of up to 10% of business days, and offers a salary range of $90,000 to $106,100 plus paid time off, retirement and stock ownership plans, insurance, paid parental leave, and other benefits.
