Provides protection for the legal costs of an eviction process and recovery of the property in the event of a serious breach of the tenancy agreement, including non-payment of rent and expired Section 21 notices. Includes mediation to help recover the property sooner. If mediation fails, the policy covers legal proceedings until vacant possession is regained. An extra 75% of the rent is paid for up to 3 months after the property becomes vacant if it cannot be re-let due to tenant damage or neglect. Up to £100,000 cover for any one claim. Monthly prices are £15 for rents up to £2,500, £25 for rents of £2,500 to £4,999, and £35 for rents of £5,000 to £8,333.
