Support the development, delivery, and evaluation of MIND Foundation's educational programs, with a primary focus on the Augmented Psychotherapy Training. Responsibilities include administering feedback and outcome instruments, maintaining data quality, preparing results for review, coordinating scheduling and participant communication, managing documentation and records, supporting onboarding and correspondence, issuing certificates of completion, updating program materials and learning formats, and building digital workflows in HubSpot and other platforms. The role also supports public and member events, membership management, and general office management. The position requires a reliable, structured working style, comfort with digital tools, working proficiency in English, German as a plus, and eligibility to work in Germany for the full contract period.
