Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with daily hours varying. At least a one-year commitment is required, with interest in a long-term or permanent position preferred. The role involves collaborating on curriculum development, leading creative experiential learning classes for children ages 2 to 10, supervising children, designing music, movement, arts and crafts, and STEM projects, organizing recreational activities, overseeing daily program operations, distributing snacks, supervising dismissals, communicating with families and team members, maintaining classroom environments, and keeping attendance and pickup records. Candidates must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English, have a BS or BA degree and at least 12 completed ECE units or an ECE Practitioner Certificate, and have at least two years of professional experience working with children. A passion for creative disciplines, strong communication and multitasking skills, collaboration, and valid US work authorization are required. LiveScan fingerprinting, a TB test, and a clear criminal background check are also required. Competitive compensation is offered based on experience.
