The Gateway Development Commission is seeking an experienced professional to design, implement, and oversee complex IT infrastructure and software platforms for the Hudson Tunnel Project. The role defines technical vision, creates roadmaps, selects software within an Azure stack, governs cloud and enterprise architecture, leads hybrid networking and Windows modernization, develops data orchestration strategies, translates business requirements into technical solutions, oversees technology integration, enforces security and performance standards, coordinates with departments and vendors, maintains architecture documentation, and supports the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Information Technology. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 10 years of experience in system administration, software engineering, network engineering, or enterprise architecture, and strong expertise in Azure, enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud, system integration, identity and access management, Cisco and Meraki networking, architectural modeling, data pipelines, Azure Virtual Desktop, and vendor management. Experience in large-scale infrastructure or public sector environments is preferred, and relevant industry certifications are preferred.
