Lead and mentor the kitchen team and help guide the next evolution of Nisei cuisine. This is an opportunity to work in a focused, high level Michelin starred environment that values craft, consistency, collaboration, curiosity, humility, and discipline. Candidates should have one to five or more years of professional kitchen experience, strong knife skills, attention to detail, clean work habits, a genuine interest in Japanese cuisine, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional events.
