Join the Danté team in a luxury cocktail bar and restaurant offering cocktails and food in a modern, fun environment. The role involves providing attentive, relaxed and outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-volume venue, engaging with guests and working as an all-round team player. Experience in fine dining or fast-paced restaurants is required. Cocktail bartender or mixologist experience is preferred, while wine and beer knowledge is desirable but not essential. Applicants should be adaptable, able to multitask, organised, detail-oriented and have a strong work ethic and can-do attitude. Availability to work a rotating five-day roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays, and an RSA certificate are required. Permanent full-time, part-time and casual roles are available, with rosters confirmed in advance, penalty loadings, staff discounts, daily meals, and training and career development opportunities. Pay rates are $23.52 per hour Monday to Friday, $29.40 per hour Saturday, $35.28 per hour Sunday and $52.92 per hour on public holidays.
