A minimally invasive see and treat procedure that allows issues identified during diagnostic laparoscopy to be treated during the same operation, where safe and appropriate. Treatments can include excision of endometriosis, ovarian cystectomy while preserving healthy ovarian tissue, adhesiolysis to divide scar tissue, and myomectomy to remove fibroids depending on their size and location.
