Rita's is hiring an experienced General Manager. The team works closely with exceptional local suppliers, growers and farmers to produce focused, high quality food led by the seasons, with a love of comfort and nostalgia and a dynamic approach to cooking and working. Team members should have a deep interest in food, cooking and the wider restaurant industry, an appreciation of wine and well made beverages, and be hard working, confident, creative, open to learning, punctual, professional, respectful and good communicators.
