RhythmScience is seeking a remote Patient Engagement/EKG Loop Specialist to support patients and healthcare providers through patient engagement, technical EKG reading, and device monitoring. Responsibilities include educating patients about remote monitoring, scheduling monitoring sessions, guiding patients through device functions and troubleshooting, conducting follow-ups, interpreting loop recorder, pacemaker, defibrillator, ILR, and CRT device data, identifying abnormal EKG findings, documenting diagnostic insights, maintaining clinical records, following monitoring protocols, coordinating with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Slack, and adhering to HIPAA, PHI, confidentiality, and data security requirements. A bachelor's or associate degree, 1-2 years of recent cardiac device management experience, 2-4 years of EKG reading experience, and at least one listed cardiac rhythm certification are required.
