Work as part of the kitchen team, covering dish washing, ingredient preparation, making ramen and preparing other menu items. Candidates should be eager to get their hands dirty, keep their workstation clean in the open kitchen environment, and have flexible working availability, good knife and chopsticks skills, willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to deal with food deliveries involving lifting and carrying packages. Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required, and necessary training is provided.
