Candidates should be hospitality-driven, detail-oriented and understand the importance of guest service, with a minimum of two years of fine dining restaurant experience and knowledge of Guest Center or OpenTable. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, a positive attitude, is eager to grow with the company, can work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency, provides personal care to guests, has excellent communication skills and good phone etiquette, and takes pride in their work.
