Body Alive is looking for a hardworking, motivated Maintenance Manager to support its rapidly growing studio network and work directly as an assistant to the VP of Construction & Buildout. This hands-on, in-studio role will travel between Body Alive studios, handle maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot issues, help keep studios operating at the highest level, manage and coordinate part-time handymen and outside contractors, assist with new studio projects and site visits, and help wherever needed. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, organized, a strong problem solver, and ready to work hard, learn, travel, and grow with Body Alive. Experience in maintenance, construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general trades is a plus. Starting salary is $70,000, with the opportunity to grow and earn $100,000 or more as responsibilities increase.
